By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. RESERVATION: Submitting this form does not guarantee availability. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit from Big Wiss Matcha.

2. DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total) is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

3. CANCELLATION: Cancellations made 14+ days before the event forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the full payment.

4. CHANGES: Menu changes, guest count adjustments, and timeline modifications must be communicated no later than 72 hours before the event.

5. VENUE ACCESS: Client is responsible for ensuring Big Wiss Matcha has safe, legal access to the venue and a dedicated setup area with access to power (if applicable).

6. LIABILITY: Big Wiss Matcha is not responsible for injuries, allergies, or dietary reactions unless caused by gross negligence. The client agrees to inform guests of ingredients upon request.

7. ACCURACY: All information submitted in this form is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that inaccurate information may affect service quality or pricing.
